NOW THOSE ARE SOME SEXY SETUPS!! I AM THINKING OF GOING IN THIS DIRECTION IN THE FUTURE.WILL THOSE INTAKES FIT UNDER AN SS HOOD???

yes sir it will! no issues what so ever...
ps... dont mind the rubber connector, I got a badass one from hose connections on there now.

Best bet would be to call the guys at Nitrous Outlet. I know they have done several direct port setups on LT1/LT4 intakes over the past year including an Edlebrock LT4 manifold.
