    Default An exhaust math problem....

Long tubes+ true duals+ elec. cut outs+H pipe+___________+ dumps= quiet tone for the street.

Anybody? I've got Kook's LT's, and 2 cut outs after the collectors and turn downs before the rear. I want to run an H pipe and something to be pretty quiet for cruising. Not really worried about losing an performance with the mufflers. just want something small for ground clearance and the ability to keep my dumps at the rear.

I'll even throw on some Choke-masters for some quiet!

Cats would quiet it down some.

You probably want to avoid bullet-style mufflers. Check out Pypes Exhaust.

Flowmasters are only "choke"-masters when they are transverse like a stock f-body muffler ie: one inlet and then an outlet on both sides. When you run a Flowmaster muffler in a straight through design, like 99% of them, they are very good. They get a bad rap because of the way our stock-style cat-backs are.

Borla XS is the quietest at idle cruise and WOT.

Dynomax Super Turbo is also fairly quiet.

At idle and Cruise the following are quiet but loud at WOT
