New injectors now I have a high RPM miss
so i was lean, now i have a miss?? I installed new 26# Accel Injectors and Adj FPR. Set the FPR to 43.5 w witth the vac off. I installed my Solomon tune (told him about tthe injector change) and now at high RPM's I have a miss. Like a popping out the pipes. The Tunerpro R/T Log is telling me ERROR on Injector bank 1&2 and Injector Driver 1&2. It does this with either Solomon's tune or my PCMforless one. I just put on a MSD opti 1.5 years ago and i just did new wires, plugs, o2 sensors and a coil. ICM is pretty new too. All i did was install the new injectors and FPR. Datamaster had all kinds of errors, but i have no check engine light nor does the Log on the tunerpro have the same errors. My incar AEM WB A/F gauge is still reading lean too. Any help would be appriciated.

Ive been told not to use accel injectors. not sure why, but the problem your having could be it.

Are you for sure you put the wiring on the injectors back in the right order? It's easy to get them mixed up. I've never heard of anybody having problems with Accel injectors but its quite possible. But it makes sense why your check engine light never comes on cause it does see the injectors and plugs firing. The wide band is reading lean because it's just oxygen coming out of the exhaust pipe since the plugs are firing but the injectors may not be firing at the right time. I've seen a lot of guys get the wiring swapped around on a diesel engines and it always ends in disaster. On a gas engine you probably would never hurt anything.

93 is definitely batch fire, as long as you put them on the right side, that is not your problem

Solomom did a tune for me and the injectors. He had me check the injector impedance and all seems well. He thinks the Quad Driver in the ECM went bad. How does this happen? I have found and ordered 2 (1 used and one reman) 1993 ECMs. I dont want to kill them, theu are getting hard as hell to find.
