Hi,
Which engine harness are you using? If you are using a 94 harness, it is missing a wire for torque converter pulsewidth modulation.
You can go to this link:

Then select 4L60E in the lower left corner. The PWM wire is in the "U" location. You will need to run this wire to the PCM's blue connector (D6):

I would suggest that you get a tune for your current setup before you try to troubleshoot issues. There are so many different variables involved with your setup that it is not worth trying to troubleshoot on a stock tune.

im curious too. so i guess, fluid tune first then try the wire prong thing that i dont quite understand, me an wires dont get along. lol
