    Tie a nut on a piece of string (X2), tape it to the fender (same location on both sides) and measure from the string to the edge of the rim. Quick check to see if it's centered....that's what I did. "




    Sounds lke good advice for your measuring question... but your wheelhop is prob not caused by that.... when I lowered my car 2" I began to get wheel hop.... that didnt stop till I cot the relocating brackets for the lower control arms...
