How do you get over the driver's side axle?

I've seen this done a few times but I can't seem to get the details out of anyone.
In order to go over the axle on the driver's side, what do you have to do to the fuel and brake lines?
(Move? Shield? ......?)

I'd much rather do that than use a PHB Relo kit.
