Flushing Power Steering Fluid
So my power steering has been whining pretty good recently, so I checked the fluid level and its a bit low. But man does the fluid look gross. Advice on how to go about flushing it? What I have done on other cars in the past is get the car in the air, disconnect the fluid lines, then turn the wheels by hand lock to lock until all of the fluid is out of the system. Then we hooked the lines back up filled the reservoir with fluid and went lock to lock until we didn't see bubbles any more. Then we fired it up and went lock to lock with the steering wheel. Sound like a good plan? Advice?
