    Default Truck Tune Up

    I want to tune up my truck. I plan on taking it for a long trip 2 weekends from now and right now it feels like the truck has a misfire in the low rpms.

    Can you guys recommend me ignition parts to buy? Not looking for performance parts, just to fix the miss and improve MPG. Everything looks very easy to get to on the truck. It's a 93 K1500 4.3L.
