    My current converter stalls at 4400. When I depress the tranny brake it hods right there. Maybe my tach is off by 1400rpm according to you.

    You boast about that Impala, and it does scoot. I've seen it in person. What is he spraying? Um............north of 250? Not taking away from it's ET, but the tremendous torque spike when the nitrous hits makes for the necessity of a smaller converter. Run that Impala on the motor and tell me what happens. (11's)
    A car with a 'brake is a little different. They like more stall.
