UPDATE: Put the known good opti that I got from here, no check engine light, after taking forever to bleed the air out of the system, the car started running rich and idling really low. I am assuming because there is no exhaust on the car. It did throw a fault code, but I did not pull it, it went out. I am assuming it is because it might be throwing a lean fault code.
