It depends. If its dirt cheap, why not?
My Formula had 164K miles on it when I bought it. Sold it with 170K on it.
My next F-Body WILL have under 60K miles. That doesnt mean its automatically better than one with 100K or 150K, but I want something lower milage. I'd check into it of course, make sure everythings good, then grab it if everything seems right.
