Sbc headers on lt1?
I obviously Google this and came up with a hundred results each were different answer's.
I've got a 72 firebird that I'm thinking of swapping a lt1 in and obviously there are no specific lt1 headers for them.
I can get long tube sbc headers but wanted to verify they will bolt up to the lt1 heads.
Some posts say the flanges are different or the port shape is different ???
Some say they will work just fine?

Supporting Memberhooker 2451hkr or summit brand will work. same headers for nova and stuff and what I used on my impala.
port shape is the only difference. if you want headers that fit perfect for port/car look for headers for Fastburn or vortec heads, those are d port like lt1
