12 Pin to 16 Pin for Tuning
So I saw on shoebox's site how to jumper the 12 pin cable to the 16 pin for a scan tool. I was wondering if this would possibly work for flashing the pcm as well or just for the handheld scan tools. Anybody have an idea on this?

Supporting MemberYes it works if u have the cable and programs. Thats how i flashed my obd2 plug obd1 swapped 96 with a obd1 cable. Just make good jumpers, if one slips out on flashing u risk bricking pcm. U could save urself the risk by spending 40 bux and getting the proper cable
