    Default LT1 Ported Heads

This is a set of aluminum LT1 heads i got a few years ago with some other parts that i bought. They are just bare castings. They do have the rocker studs installed. They have been ported on both the intake and exhaust ports and also the chambers have been cleaned up with some light unshrounding around the valves. The valves sizes are still the stock 1.94/1.50. I do not know who did the port work, but i can say somebody spent some time on these, and that they are not cracked and if you wanted to put in alittle time on them, you should have a decent set of heads. I Also have the stock valves from these heads that i will include if you want them.

The guy i got them from said they were ran on hos 383 with a comp 280XFI cam and in his 79/80 turbo trans am he dynoed 420 at the wheels thru a 700R4. I have no documentation to back this up, he said he ran this setup for about 5K miles and pulled the engine back out due to a persistent oil leak on the front cover and put a stock low mileage LT1 back in the car.

Asking 400 plus shipping but open to offers

They look home ported. Have you thought of putting them on a flow bench to see how they flow?

Yes, i agree im pretty sure they are home ported, def not a professional or CNC job. and yes Ive thought about it, but since i wasn't going to use them, i didnt want to spend the money on it, my build budget is pretty tight.
