    Default well this sucks

relative just gave me a brand new Innova 3100, and it's only good for OBD 2 and won't work on my `94, had anyone made an adapter cable?

    will this work??

No. That's an adapter cable to allow a 12-pin OBD-1 scanner to be plugged into the 1995's 16-pin OBD-2 style ALDL connector. You can't "adapt" an OBD-2 scanner to an OBD-1 PCM.
