If you are buying a used cam for cheap, a cc503 or cc306 are popular choices. Otherwise, custom grinds are the way to go. Lloyds cams are $300 shipped which is about what you would pay for an off the shelf grind. I'm running one of his cams in my FI car and I like it.

The cc306 I like for sound, but I can not throw a bunch of money into my SS for supporting mods meaning if I get a cam it will not be for a major power adder, but more to just be there and sound good lol. Really appreciate the input. I like the sleeper effect that the lpe 211/219 has as-well.
