355ci, lt4 hot cam, no emissions tuning

I just rebuild my engine and removed all emissions, I live in a farm state, its always needed a tune cause of the cam, and it has always seemed like the timing doesn't advance correctly, is there anyone out there that sell a vehicle specific tune with programmer?

What state are you in? If I were you, it's in your best interest to pull the pcm out of your car and send it to a mail order tuner with all your modifications and that will get you in the ballpark.

There are tuners out there that offer an exchange option where they send you a tune loaded on a pcm and you send your old pcm back to them.
