for some new rims and tires

i wanna run greg welds up front ( 3 1/2"), but was wondering what kind of tires ill need and for the back some summit stars (8") and nittos but im unsure of whether to go with the 275/50 or 275/60. i want have them as my dd rims & tires so i kinda dont want to run mickey thompson et street radials (rain or wet streets)... anyways backspacing for the front is 1.75 and the back is 5.5, correct?? also would i have to grind up front or can i use a spacer, and if so, what size?? i would also like to know the same for the back. for studs, ill just go with arp. and lastly, what kind of lugs would i have to use??
