Still not very helpful. What are your power goals? Or do you have an amount of boost you want to run? It being a street car helps a little, but we still need details, like how high do you want to spin it? Automatic or manual? Where do you want to make the power? Some guys sacrifice a little down low to get more up top and some guys want torque monsters that don't spin all that high. You wanting to stay with a stock head or are you looking to go aftermarket? A lot of questions still need answered before we can really help you begin to narrow down the choices."Only in the Corps can you put three guys in a room with an anvil and a rubber mallet, come back 15 min later, and the anvil is broken, the rubber mallet is missing, and nobody saw a damned thing!"

Posts like this tend to be very frustrating for us because you're basically saying "hey guys, build my car" instead of doing research and figuring out for yourself exactly what it takes. To do a proper turbo build you're looking at purchasing hundreds of different parts, all of which can be done one way or another. There's a thousand different bottom end choices, a thousand different valvetrain and cylinder head options, fuel pumps, suspension, drivetrain (including transmission and rear end), tuning, fabrication, etc., ALL of which cannot be detailed in one single thread.
Fact is though there have probably been HUNDREDS of threads like this over the past few years on various forums that do define what would be a good combo and what wouldn't. You'll also probably find that the build you want has already been done so it's easy to just emulate their work which will emulate their results.
Instead of coming on here asking "what would be a good combo," you should be asking "could someone point me in the right direction in helping me figure out how I want to go about this project?" And since I just asked it for you - www.google.com

Well if you look im asking specifically about heads and cams. I wanna go aftermarket heads. I want to be a ble to put 600hp to the wheels i have an automatic and going to put in a 3600 stall. Im building a ford 9" with 411 gears. Im looking for stupid amounts of power, that way if i want i can drag. Like i said im forging the rotating assembly. Im just curious what has worked for other people. I already have ideas to put on afr heads or doing le2 with a custom ground cam. Im sorry for any confusion. Im just wanted to know how well other peoples set up works.
