They were only available on Export Camaros. I've been following various forums since 2005 and I've never seen them for less than $250.

They're extremely limited supply, demand has driven 'em up in price. Sometimes you luck out and someone will be selling a set and not realize how much they can get for them... but that's extremely rare.
