5.3 Vortec. Differences between Flex Fuel and Non Flex Fuel Engines.
I'm curious if anyone knows of any real differences between the flex fuel and non flex fuel versions of the 5.3L Vortec engines. Planning on swapping one in a late 80's land cruiser and wonder if there is any pros or cons of acquiring this engine?

Far as I know its a different fuel tank, lines ect and pcm tuning so you should have no problem with the swap.

Sounds like everything I found. Some say the valves and seats are made of a different material but that shouldn't matter.
