Dynamic Compression Ratio
ok, so i have been doing a lot of reading but i think i am just confusing my self...how can you calculate DCR? and what is ideal range?

Go to Wallace racing calculators they have a good calculator on there. As far as range goes, just like everything else with engines, there are too many combinations that work to say for sure. I know that a couple of guys with a static compression ratio of 12.5:1 that run pump gas. Tuning is the biggest factor.
97 WS6 Trans Am 355 h/c/i and bolt-ons. 11.9829 @111.66 with a 1.6092 60ft mokan. 11.94 @112.26 1.603 60ft Kcir best 60ft 1.567 383 on it's way.
08' 12.49 and faster bracket champ 09' bracket and 12.00 index champ.
