Sweet revenge

I wish I had a video to show, but words will have to do!

To start off the story, I must tell another story first! Back in 09, I had a 92 camaro rs 5.0 tbi, my first car. Being 17 I thought it was hot shit. One day I pulled out of my subdivision, ended up behind a mustang who was ready to play. After the stop sign he got next to me, and we both took off. He completely embarrassed me, and that was the end of it.

SINCE THEN I MADE IT MY GOAL THAT I WILL RACE HIM AGAIN ONCE I GOT ANOTHER CAMARO.

Now for the new story!

Me and two buds were leaving my place, driving through the subdivision. When we spot a mustang pulling over. They told me to Rev it at him as I passed, so I did. As I looked at the driver, I had the realization it was him! He started his car and began to follow me. I pulled out of the subdivision getting into the further lane, he took the inner and gunned it passed me. So I knew he wanted to play. I got behind him. We ended up at a stop sign and both turned right. We lined up next to each other cruising at about 10. He took off, got 2 cars before I hit it. By the time I was shifting into second, I was already 3 cars ahead of him.

I dropped it down to reasonable speeds and as he passed he had the look on his face like "what the hell!" And that was the end of it.

I dropped my two buds off at home and went to the mall. As I'm walking in I coincidently spot him walking in! He sees me and says "hey! Good race! What you got? Just a lt1?" And I was like "yeahhhhh. Just an lt1 with magnaflows."

It felt so good to get my revenge! Even better that I accidently ran into him.

Maaaaan I know how it feels to want revenge like that. I had a black 5th gen. GT embarrass me ON MY BIKE!!! (I currently am without 2nd gear...earned the title; first to third out here at my local bike shop)..pulled him through first but second is pretty crucial. :/

Thanks everybody! I loved it. Was definitely well worth the wait. Woosh is actually the one to convince me to save for a 4th Gen and build it up. I loved my 3rd Gen. But even more mine now.

Sorry for the late response. I just haven't been on since I had a problem with the camaro.

On way home for school it decided to give me the big F you and died. Pulled over and was looking under the Hood. Came to conclusion wasn't getting spark (was praying not opti). Not even 5 minutes later I see a trans am pass. My thought to myself were "man, he's not even stopping to help a fellow f-body" right after I thought that he busts a u and comes back. He stops and asks whats the problem. He told me to check ignition fuse under Hood. Which we did and it ended up being blown. Replaced and was good and we left.

Felt amazing that a fellow f body stopped to help! Unfortunately that wasn't the end of my problem. It kept blowing at random times. Turned out that the ckp wire was melting onto my header. Fixed and put some of that heat shield over the loom, so far she's running great again!

I really need to get a video of her on her, hopefully tomorrow morning.

Of course! No where better than a race in Mexico .

I try to help stranded people whenever I can. I'd want someone to stop when I'm stranded.

When I finally got my problem fixed, I was at my friends house, he owns a 3rd Gen lt1 swap with a cc503 (original cam I was going with). We always talk so much smack back and forth to each other. Once we got both of our cars situated Saturday we decided to take them for a test drive. As were driving around mines doing good and his is to. We are approaching a red light and coming fast in the left lane in a Camry. My friend was going to get over but decided he'd let the Camry pass. Well the Camry ended up getting into the left lane so he quickly got in the lane over. As I crept up he looks at me in shrugs.

So now I know its on. I was just nervous cause I never launched a manual. So this was all new to me. The light turns green and we both take off. I had NO traction what so ever. I'm fishtailing it left and right and he's getting away from me. I'm about to his bumper before I get full traction. And then there was no stopping me. I passed him and got like 1/2 car length then slowed down. My tires are 225-60-16, I figured they'll keep me from completely blowing up the 10 bolt :p. Just waiting for woosh to give me his 12 bolt!

Don't worry this was in Mexico too!

After we went to a party where this guy who owns a Subaru sti was just blowing so much smoke out his a$$. He was like "yeah I have an 02 still with a motor out of a 04" my friend was like "what kind of Turbo it has?" And his response was "07" and my friend was like "what model?" And he obviously couldn't answer it. Guy continued to say he can best camaros and mustangs, etc. But that supras are a total different ball game. Called nitrous cheater gas but Turbo wasn't cheating. He also claimed to of had 14 civics that were all able to beat camaros and mustangs.

Funny stuff.
