My plan right now is the crate motor out of my formula that burnt which is 30 over and a set of longtubes, stall/gears and after a sts turbo kit. Picking up the motor for $300. When my formula burnt I pulled the motor and it didn't even get hot enough to discolor the freeze plugs just killed the wiring, injectors, etc. But that's been a few years so I'm gonna go through it to make sure its kosher inside.

Exterior - ss hood and spoiler and street lites and cme with polished tips. Repaint bgm with black ss stripes and redoing the Berger and the chrome overlays not gonna put ss badges on it.

Maybe le heads and a big boost engine build later.

Scratch that this is the beginning of project budget boost unless that title is taken. Just found a how to with rear mount turbos. Got a parts car out back so I'm gonna put it in the air and use it to mock up my piping. Starting to order parts

Thanks. It has a little clear coat peeling and the typical cracked dashpad and bolster wear. The bonus though is all new ignition system, new window motors, and a new headliner. Plus it runs strong and with only 115,779 (sitting in it lol) miles on it, it has plenty of life left. Oh and forgot to mention the gloss black Berger and headlights/grille and the chrome overlays were done by me before I bought it lol.

Thanks I finally christened a couple mins ago and cut some doughnuts in an empty parking lot. Not enough to draw attention but enough to say welcome home your mine. Although that was after I curbed the pass side wheels stupid bank. I've never curbed wheels on any car I've owned and I did this one. The dividers extended way past the ATM and I didn't see it. So out comes the jb weld and stripped and repainted wheels. I only got one but the other three are showing their age.

good looking car! I hate how everybody throws flowmasters on anything with a V8 and think its the shit. I think a set of silver 17x9/11 ZR1's would really set the car off.

I've actually been looking for a set of stock zr1s for now but no luck as of yet. I wanted a set of chrome deep dish zr1s but now I'm considering 18 inch deep dish y2ks. Oh and my z has a flowmaster on it lmao. It was on it when I got it hence the outdated 90s tips but hey for the price im not complaining lol. Was gonna go borla but since its finally time I build a turbo car I'm just gonna run cme off the turbo.
