    Paypal will always side with the buyer, we learned this the hard way and WE being the sellers actually got ripped off....anyway over christmas I had ordered something and it took over a month to get to me, I called paypal and filled them in after about 3 weeks they told me to wait a little longer and call back and they would continue my claim.....but thankfully it came Best of luck.......
