Bottle mounting
I have a 95 Convertible with battery in trunk and I dont dont want to mount the bottle in between back seats (kids would never leave alone ) was just wondering how others have mounted their bottles. I was thinking of making a bracket and mounting over my battery but my blow down tube would be a issue then.

What do you think about between those seats with a remote bottle opener on top, then the kids won't be spinning the valve? Had a buddy that got hassled a few times because the bottle was visible at all, but that was base police not civilian.

As far as blowdown tube... You could do what I just did. Get two hose-ends (one 180* and one straight end), a bulkhead fitting and steel braided hose (hose and all fittings being 8AN). Then you can just assemble it and make it as long as you need so you can route it to wherever you decide for it to exit in the trunk. Good luck!

Probably put bottle over battery with this idea for the blow down tube!
