Oh yeah.... to put the final slap in the face......
After PAYPAL reimbursed this guy, it left my account in the negative 1.18c.... thats right, the amount of money I split with him for the .03 paypal fee that gets charged.
So all in all....I lost my GOOD center caps... I lost shipping, and half of the paypal fee....PLUS. This 1.18c
