How exactly can the injectors be tuned down? Would the guys from pcmforless be able to do that when I send them my pcm or is there a way for me to do that on my own?

The tuner can adjust the injectors through the tune easily.that is why they ask you for a mod list so everything is balanced out...
my buddy has 60lb mototron injectors in his car he does have a turbo however the car still runs just fine when not under boost with those injectors,it's all in the tune......

Unless you have data logs that say otherwise, I agree with the others - you should be fine with the stockers, for now.
