700r4 error codes 84 and 91 please help
95 z28 has a reverse manual 700r4 transmission in it with no electronics to my understanding my ses light was on upon purchase and i have 2 codes stored in the pcm
84.third to second gear downshift feedback fault
91 shift light fault
now once agin this is a 700r4 not a t56 but these codes seem to go to a 6 speed car can you explain how is this possible and how to fix it as far as i know my car was never a 6 speed.
95 z28 cowl hood,k&n cold air,slp line lock,c5 brake conversion,pacesetter Lts,flowmaster 3 inch exhaust no cats,52 mm bbk tb,walbro 255 fuel pump,30 lb injectors,373 gears and auburn posi,700r4 reverse manual trans and 3200 stall,and tons of suspension mods

I would say because you dont have an electronically controlled trans in the car.
