Need help with rear control arms!
I bought a set of billet control arms with rod end links, off a member. And there is some play where they bolt up. I can move the rods side to side 1/4 of an inch. Because the tubes are not making contact with the sides. On the mounting points.
Is this normal? Just seems like it shouldn't do that to me!

my UMI arms barely squeezed in, both my dual adjustable and the solid tubes I have now
sounds like a problem.
luckily there is something in engineering called area replacement, if you get some heavy duty stainless steel washers in there it should be ok and you can attenuate any axial movement of the arm along the bolt97 Trans Am WS6, LT1 factory 4bolt freak, M6,

Awesome thanks! I figured I would need washers or something. But figured best to ask. Don't need my a$$ end going crazy on me, when I'm hitting a turn real hard. lol
