This job royally sucks... i had to redo mine this year as they were getting soft. Its not as easy as just cutting out the floors of another and patching them in with a subframe car. I looked at cutting floors out of a mint parted car but looked like WAY to much work as the frame ties into the floor. I had to patch both front sections and both rear corners. Ended up using sheet metal and bended it and tached them into place on the bottom and top. So not only did i fix the problem i made the floor alot stronger. Took a weekend to make sure everything fit perfect. After the welding up the pans was done i seam sealed everything and coated it with por15 to look like new! If you have the resources that would be a good option to take on if your up to it. I wish i had pics of the work so you can get a good idea of what mine looked like.
