i was thinking about the friendships made through f body forums

Many friends made through the forums. Like Fastbird, I have only met few. Silas aka SRZ and I met because he was stationed in Germany (Air Force) and I was there TDY (trip with the Air Force). Met a few misc other people through the forums as well.

The interesting thing is, I feel that even though I have not face to face met with many, I feel like if the situation were to arise where I would need help from people I know from forums if I were in their area, they would help me out in a second.

Even more interesting, I have come to feel like LTX tech is kind of my home away from home if you will. The forum, and people, I rely on, and feel most comfortable with above the others. Take popo8 (Larry) for example. He and I have never met, but theres just something that I know if I were in his area in PA, and needed help, he would help me out no matter what. That is awesome.

I made a resent post on LS1 tech, asking for info because they have sheer numbers of people, and I knew I would get more responses over there. The people over there (well at least enough of them) are idiots, and are just plain frustrating. I ended up having to unsubscribe from my own thread.
