Media Player:
Post up mp3's and avi files. Post the link, highlight it and then click the media player button.



You Tube:
Get the ID of the video you want, paste it in the Advanced reply dialogue, highlight it, and then click the You Tube button.

The red highlight is the ID.

Fquick videos are a bit different for each link, but all we need is the id number of the video. Here's an example:
