How emotionally vested in your car are you
saw this on another site and thought it was a good idea
for me id have to get a large amout over what iv got in the black car to let it go. my son came home from the hospital in it and my wife drove into out wedding in it in her dress. and my blue car i dont think i could ever let go. it was my 2nd car and my dad and i spent countless hrs working on it together.Last edited by SexyTransAm; 06-21-2016 at 12:18 PM.

Way too much to the point it doesn't make any sense. My TA was my dad's 1st midlife crisis. I took care of it while he owned it. When I was able to drive, I worked 3 jobs to buy it (father teaching value of a dollar). My dad and I wrenched on it. So did my friends I consider family. I started a damn business just to help fun the latest builds lol.
The car will never be sold while I'm alive.

My son inherits mine no matter what.
My older brother died 4 years ago and they were best friends. Prior to his passing, we worked on it a lot together so, it's his and it won't be going anywhere.
Now, the powerplant could be negotiable if i came across a cheap, badass swap.95 Mystic Z28, 17x9 FR, 17x11 RR ZR-1's, Pacesetter LT's and Y-pipe, Borla adjustable, Moroso CAI, 2800 Stall, AC Delete, and Cracked Dash/broken lid Mod.

Wouldn't ever get rid of it. Bought the car 11 years ago when I was 15 was my first car went to prom in it and my dad best friend and I have a lot of blood sweat and maybe even some tears in it not to mention the money I have in it at this point. Love the car way too much and even my wife knows it's the one thing that will never go

I don't think I could let my car go. I have to much time and money in it to see it go to somebody else who maybe won't car for it like I did. I love my car to much. Haha.

People always ask me what it would take for me to sell, and I'm the type of guy I'd rather burn that motherfucker to the ground before it leaves me. Way too many memories with that car to see someone else abuse her.

My Camaro... Im with u Kyle. It would take ALOT for me to sell it. As for the Trans Am... probably more than book value, but thats not in stone. As for the Impala... Im really enjoying the big boy. Till Im done doing it up, I dont think i could let it go... well, I could but it will cost someone. Lol.
