I have had the same problem. With having a weak noid light at the injectors with no start. I ended up having a bad fuel pump. I changed the fuel pump and I haven't had a problem since. Have you checked you fuel pump out for intermittent trouble.

It has got a fuel guage on the car, It holds around 40 while cranking
96 Z28 LT1 stroker, cage 9 inch, spray 10.24@134.58 1.54 60
02 Z28 edge converter, LTs, lid, cam, spray 12.0@112N/A
