Quick AC compressor question.
The pulley on the AC compressor is supposed to spin freely without the belt on, correct?

I thought as much. Its toast. bearing froze up solid.

Make sure the ac relay is not stuck or something engaging the clutch full time, to double check, unplugg the connector for the ac clutch then do your check again
