Intake sounds fine to me. Simple and easy. I think oil in the valley would be alright too.

FWIW I have pan with a hole from an oil return for a blower, can swap ya if you go that route. I can even bring it up to Carlisle this weekend..
I dont see anything wrong with dumping back into the valley and if you tap the boss where the dist would have been you can tuck a nice line out of the way back there. Route it where the ol EGR crap was.
