Tq converter and tanny question
Im thinking about running the yank SS3200 In my camaro. I have to wait to talk to a rep from yank before I pull the trigger to make sure i get the right converter for my cam and gear ratios. I will be installing a aux tranny cooler i just have to figure out whats the biggest i can fit. My question though how bad will it be to install on a tranny with 100k on it. I have a spare tranny im looking to have rebuilt and install but i just want to make sure encase i run out of money this summer with other project that i can use the old tranny. Im also going to replace the flex plate is the one Yank list on there web page good?

I would highly rec installing with a fresh trans. With that many miles on it and added stress it will just be a matter of time before it craps out. Might as well do it once and be done.
When talking to yank, make sure you know all the things they will be asking. Well, they should be asking.....
If they don't ask the right questions, move on to someone that will.
Car weight, gear ratio, head flow, cam specs, etc.
Trans cooler I run is for a 30k lbs motor home. It fits no problem. Same on my Wifes and kids car.1996 camaro Z28, Clayton racing 398, Rossler TH350 rmvb with brake, FTI billet race converter 4400, Dana S60 with 4.10's, 300 shot, Accel DFI controlled, UMI, Spohn, PA racing, QA1's, Baer brakes, 325/45/17 M&H, Caged, Corbeau's, Simpson, etc.
From zero to fuck yeah in 3 seconds.
