mine does the small drop under load and small rise under deceleration...40+ cruising.
i get 60+ at the crank cold 50 at the lifters cold and 18 at the crank hott and 12 at the lifters hott @ idle (my mech gauge is @ back intake,dash is @ oil filter) w/180,000 miles

warbird, my numbers are about exact as yours. lifters are noisy all the time though so not to sure if they need adjusting with 210k miles or starting to get clogged.
