is this a paint blemish in my fenderwell?

i was just looking at my fender wells and there is kind of a sharp section of metal. it doesn't look like rust since the unpainted upper part of the fender well is totally clean. sorry the pics aren't the best. its hard to take a pic in a dark garage. but does anyone else have something like this on their fender well lip? I'm almost wondering if it could be rustproofing since i'm pretty sure i have rustproofing on the fender well. my car is a southern car that hasn't seen a single northern winter btw.

2 hard to see.... passenger side looks jagged, and the driver side looks like someone hammered on it.... IMO.

I have never seen that on my car. Looks like someone/something caused that.

yeah it is kind of hard to see. there is the same kind of little mark on the passenger side one just to the left of the top middle part of the pic, i don't know why anyone would have hammered anything there. this car was bone stock when i bought it. and i haven't done anything like that to it.

wait a minute. you know. actually the passenger side has had 2 different PDR sessions but i doubt that would have done those marks since the dents were behind the rear wheel well and then one up in the front by the door which was accessed by drilling through the door jam. the other ding which they did access from the spare tire area was behind the wheelwell right about where it met the bumper.

It's probably nothing but i just want to make sure its not bubbling up paint with rust under it. i would think if there was rust there i'd be able to feel something on the other edge of the metal since its very thin there but the back side is clean.

Most times when the body is accessed through a hole drilled in the door jamb is because of a paintless dent repair fix....

FWIW i have touched up paint in the wheelwell area before but not in that spot. here is the lower area which i think has some sort of rusproofing right along the edge of the panel since i think ive seen some other fbody wheelwells where there wasn't this lip.

yeah the hole in the door jam was for PDR i was there when he did it but thats not in any of the pics. and that was sealed up with a rubber plug and sealer

yeah i touched up some spots on there especially down by the lower part which is probably what your seeing. but what i'm referring to is the while edge. it seems like its not a factory part. almost like something was sprayed on there to create the lip. as for the pic on the top its defiantely not chips since it sits above the metal surrounding it.

sorry man, pics are difficult for me to see....

yeah it is hard to get a pic of that area. basically running your finger across the fenderwell that one spot in the first pic i posted in the original post feels jagged and raised.

Maybe I just dont care about my cars that much or am I just not seeing what the issue is here.

I'm just trying to make sure what i'm seeing is not the start of rust. i don't think it is but i guess i'm just paranoid.
