So once you are caught up to here... I have some more reading for you. I will do this in steps as the legal proceedings continue as to not sacrifice the element of suprise that I have.
The other day (last week at the deposition) My attorney asked the BOSS "since Monday when the Officers were at the firing range, did anyone inform you that Officer Hanna was 'hurting' from the activities?" (or something close to that.)
The Boss replied, "NO, NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME.....I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE GUYS QUALIFIED OR NOT, I ASSUME THEY DID BECAUSE I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WENT OK AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS."
Thats when the Boss began attacking me and my attorney saying "ARE YOU TELLING ME SOMETHING HAPPENED AT THE RANGE?" and my attorney calmly said, "Im not saying ANYTHING....Im asking you a question." then my boss looked at me and said "IS THAT WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME?" And again my atty jumped in and said, "you cant ask him questions, this is your deposition."
Clearly pissed off he was jamned up.... (you will see with what soon) when the deposition was over... the BOSS advised me, when I arrive at the PD for shift "YOU KNOW THE FIRST THING IM GOING TO ASK YOU?"
Let me know when you are all caught up... then I will post up the JUICYNESS!!!
