My small cubic inch engine is a big thing for me. I think I have a good shot at 9's and I am honestly wondering if anyone has ever gone 9's with as little as 353 cubic inches, a roughly 3500 lb raceweight, 93 octane, stock PCM, stock intake, 10-bolt rear with nothing but aftermarket gears and 100k+miles on it. Not that I would be put in the record books, but I think for what my car is, I have a good chance at turning some heads and I would like a good badge to go with it.
With help from Bryan Herter, Lloyd and my good friends Kevin Wright, Rich Tucker, Dave S., Al Krem, Jake Warren and many others, my car has come together in an affordable way for someone who doesn't have a boat load of money. I wave the LT1 flag proud and I plan on going REAL BIG once the LT1 big bore block is introduced. Many think it won't happen, but GM has the blueprints for it from the blocks they have already made. Once they release them, and maybe even the equipment to build them, the LTX world will once again show the world it can compete as one of the best platforms out there. F the haters!

Tonight I set up the servo motor and controller to test out the operation. The lighting is poor but I am pleased with it. In the video I have a throttle position sensor hooked up to 5vdc like it would in the car. Using a screwdriver I can rotate the tang in the sensor and it in turn rotates the servo motor. The reaction time and speed of the motor in relation to changes in the sensor are great in my opinion. You can see in the video I go a little crazy with it to test the lag and its not bad. Since this is just controlling the throttle body on the inlet of the sc and not the main one on the intake, I feel pretty good about it. I'm going to work on attaching it to the throttle body tomorrow.

Mocking up these prostars. They are 15x10 with 6.5" and 15x4.75 with 2" backspacing. Id have to run a 1.75" spacer on the rears (or have a new 9" built 3.5" wider) but they look perfect in my opinion. Fronts clear the factory brakes great but I was hoping to put some 13" c4 HD rotors on there that won't clear without a 1" spacer. I highly doubt I'd need a 13" rotor to stop a 165 series tire but I'd like some additional stopping power when I have a set of street front runners on it. Thoughts?

Water pump spacers, right off the CNC. I'm running an ewp with gobs of room but I'm making a set for @Tinbender59 that will require a longer drive coupling.
