Im a bit of an OCD organizer... I have everything from the police report I did the night I got hurt... right up to the receipt for every script I had written... you name it... I documented it.
Those binders are a prosecuting attorneys dream come true. I think at this point the twp attorneys know they are going to loose but they are going to do everything they can to stall and put you through as much BS as possible, the more of a financial bind you are in the more likely you will take the slap in the face offer to settle out of court. They want no part of anyone (whether a judge or jury of your peers) deciding a settlement amount but them. Hang in there, get your day in court and let your voice be heard. You will prevail.

So as always... I went in...handled some follow up investigations...reviews tge guys reports...then the chief says to me "hey...u know about this stuff, the cherokee just came back from the body shop and it makes a whistling noise from under the hood when i start it...would u take a look"
I know i shoulda said gfy but i said sure...went out ...popped the hood, he started it...found a vac hose disconected immediatly.... Plugged it with my finger...the noise stopped. I found where it went...problem solved...
Even while they fuck me...i still do my part and always come thru... I feel so unappreciates. :(

Just got notification that the WORKMAN's COMP Judge has ruled on the initial request of the Insurance company. They petitioned to stop taking care of my medical bills for all my treatments and tests, IMMEDIATELY. JUDGE DENIED!!!!

Another thing is, every time you have a ruling go your way, your case builds momentum. As more of that takes place the WC lawyers will start looking to settle out of court. This should be your first sign that they have officially came to terms with the fact they are going to lose. Do you have a number in your head?

No matter what the number is, ask for atleast 2 years paid medical. Lacey had shoulder injury, just 1 surgury was 125k, the second was 80k. I wouldn't wanna spring for back surgery.
