Punisher worked outside the law and God forbid you have a bad shoot then have a money hungry victim or lefty DA coming after you... Just seems like a bad thing to label yourself as in today's society. Imo of course.

Ahhhh.... if I had a batman symbol would that be better or worse. Its a comic book thing.

I know it's a comic book thing and you know it is too, but society is in a iffy place with regard to cops. Maybe run the idea past your local lawyer?

Also... i dont think the tat would make the difference in todays climate... if i have a "bad shoot" a lawsuit would follow either way, and that would be the least of my worries as they seem to want to indict cops and put em in jail now...

Same reason I would never customize a purely defensive weapon with anything that could be used by a prosecutor to attempt to show I was out for vigilante justice or was seeking blood. May be the years of living under New Germany law, but again, I would choose to avoid giving any more ammo that they may have against me.

Again... in the case of a bad shoot... the worst is gonna happen. No tat is gonna make it worse... lawsuits and charges would come with or without a tat... or modified weapon... etc.
