Yeah... im gonna say its similar to the LIKE on fb. A way to aknowledge without having to type a response.

Started a new deadlift cycle, back to ort/mag.

4x4x420 and finished off with a 480 double. Felt great

Damn man. Thats alot of dl weight.

Sadly, I have some severe issues accepting that :lol: Always someone else doing more, so that bar is always getting set higher.

There will ALWAYS be someone stronger man... u know thats how it is in everything. My DL is half of urs...with struggle.
