I had a 58mm holly but constantly had issues with it not closing all the way. It may have been THAT specific TB, but I would just prefer a little nicer unit if I'm going to go through the trouble again (mine wasn't the only one I ready having issues). Tpis and as&m are pretty much trouble free and a lot nicer. At the same time, I don't want to plunk down $500 for a unit that will net me 5-10hp, so I'm looking for used.Quote:

TPiS is the best in the business, im lucky to live less then 10 min away, I am bias tho because they did build my motor lol
It was a huge mess with the person I bought it from. He also had issues with it not closing, but never told me. I ended up fighting it with my CC company, winning, and sending it back to him. I have the stock one on until I can find a nicer one.Quote:
