Any interest in a DIY group purchase? I am thinking two log manifolds going forward (deletes A/C) + crossover pipe.
3 Orders: $1000
5 Orders: $850
10 Orders: $700
Here is what I am thinking (both driver's & pass. manifold will look similar to this except facing forward, and the crossover will place the turbo in the middle near the water pump):
***Edit Took my old TT kit that I had sitting around and decided to modify it to make the first kit for the GP*** The first person in on this GP will get this first kit for $750 if they want it! It comes with a 40mm wastegate flange setup. I am discounting it because it is not the exact layout that I wanted to do (since most of it uses components I made 1.5 yrs ago)., but it is close and should make similar power.

EWP isn't a problem, just tell me up front if you will be running one.

You guys should jump on this. That's a steal and it'll support some pretty good power, plus Jon can build these things to pretty dang tight tolerances, my kit is proof.

Thank's Sean. yeah, this is cheap for people that want to fab their cold side and build a downpipe.

i can vouch for it being tight and fitting great, i put Chris's kit on in sept (CVCCbum) really for as much needed to go on it fit great and didnt need any work other than a few washers on the turbo mount due to block tolerances i guess?

Thanks guys. There will be zero fitment issues with this design. Manifolds coming out the front, simple merge pipe, and voala...
It will look just like the cast budget kit I have on the shop car (but with log's). I will set it up with the turbine housing aiming toward the driver's side:

Jon,
This kit should sell like wildfire at the $700, hell $1000 is still a great price

Sooo all you would need is cold side piping and a turbo?

And a downpipe per Jon's post, but that's not a big deal.

I can probably do a 1 off set for you in this GP since it is only manifolds and a crossover pipe. You can build your own DP. I just need some pics laying out your accessories.

Adding pics, plus a bonus offer. The first kit (which I am modifying from the existing TT kit I had made shown in the pics) will be sold for $750.
So, for example, the first 3 buyers that qualify for the $1000 GP will go like this:
#1. $750 (for the first kit)
#2. $1000
#3. $1000

This kit pictured below is the first kit (discounted). It was the TT race kit that deleted ABS that I built 1.5 yrs ago. I had to dent the driver's log to clear the ABS block, and used some of the kit to make this single setup. Since it modified pieced together kit, it is discounted at $750 while the remaining two kits (for a total of the first 3) will be $1000 each. The new design won't have the dent, and the merge will be more vertical (upswept) versus the horizontal merge shown here. Make no mistake, this one shown will make killer power.
