The car isn't set up for hero dyno numbers, never has been, never will be. It's an auto with an unlocked Vigi 3200 it also has a 12 bolt in it. So it isn't the typical six speed/10 Bolt dyno monster. The tune is 100% mail order with out any revisions, it's exactly what I got when I ordered it from Ion. Thanks Owen at ARD for letting us on his dyno and my friend Joe94B4C for taping the pulls and getting the graphs.
Set Up in a nut shell: Ported Dart Pro-1s, CC306, SVO 30#, AS&M 54mm TB, Hooker LTs, Off Road Y, Borla (no Plate (E-cut out), EWP, Stock 4L60, Vigi 3200 unlocked, Strange 12 Bolt, Mail order Mad Z28 tune.
Uncorrected 2 Pulls

They're number ok for what it is, I imagine with dyno tuning and the LS1 PCM the car will pick up a good bit of power. It's also getting a six speed conversion.

Awsomes numbers man. Have you had it to the track yet? My car is close the same setup as yours but my stall is alot bigger(probably to big but that will be fixed soon) it's a 4200 custom dayco with dual anti-ballooning plates and no lock-up plate. What's funny is it's still 2lbs lighter then my tci 3500 with lock-up was.

I really wanted to go this past weekend but the tracks weren't open. I'm going to have to manually shift the 4L60 when I go since I haven't messed with the shift points. You 4L60E guys are lucky in that regard. Is your Trans Am black? I think I remember it at the LTx shoot out.

you know you can adjust shift points and line pressure with the 4l60 via the tv cable

Yea, I have read stuff about that, not suppose to be that right way to go about it due to potential issues. Need to change the weights and springs in the governor.

Yeah it's black on prostars. I manualy shift mine due to the shift points being set at 6500. I tried letting it shift it's self once right after I got the motor together and it didn't respond very well traping only 108 (6500 shift points)vs 111 shifting it my self(I shifted it at 6700 but it shifted to the next gear by 7000).

congrats on getting it done and on the dyno
The #'s look great to me for a off the shelf cam, 12 bolt and unlocked converter.

It's a start, getting the new timing cover from Mike at Efi Connection this Tuesday, then I need to order the engine harness and street twin. I just hate having to tear the car apart again after having it down for most of last year for heads cam, suspension, brakes and 12 bolt.

i would just have a trans go shift kit installed in the trans if it isnt slipping, and it should be alright for the time being, or just swap a th350 in it :D

Id say your converter is perfect for setup, look at where the peak torque is on the graph.
