Can someone point me to a how to and the issues involved?
I do not have a chip burner and dont want to buy one but do have the ability to tune the other OBDI PCMs.

I have done this conversion for a few people in my day what i learned was the oil psi switch has to change to 94-up the dash cluster has to be swapped to 94 up then add harness and pcm should be a 4 hour or less process...93 cluster will not read correctly except the water temp...the tach fluctuates if it even works..

Tach and Oil Pressure-can run an aftermarket gauge.
If that didnt matter, will the speedo work?

If you run an aftermarket ignition like an Accel 300+ or MSD Digital 6, ect, the Tach will work fine. I'm running a 97 digital odometer cluster in my 93 this way. Speedo will work fine.

thanks Shon for originating this thread. This may be the route I go instead of the LS PCM conversion. I love the chip, but dang if I want to make changes...anyone got the chip burning stuff for sale?

Alan, shoot me a PM. I have a burner and stuff that I don't think I'm ever going to use again.

I believe there are chipsets that piggyback on the original chip that can be flashed. Mabye I'm wrong, but that might also be another solution. I still think the '94 up is better though becuase of the mass air.

Careful with that statement, you'll start a fight with words like that. You have some dieahrd 93 pilots sware up and down there cars are faster stock for stock. :-)

Use bigalforsyth@hotmail.com. And any tips or trick are appreciated as I have NO clue how to use it. I know Shon can figure it out so I'm noÞ too worried.

Email sent Alan!!!! I installed it on my computer and played with it to try to remember how the process went, and think I got it down in the email, subject to verification at least.
