It'll be a little while be for my car is track legal, so I decided I couldn't miss the good weather and did a few things to my Wife's LT1 to see if I can best the 12.30 @ 116 that I ran at DH10.

Knowing there should be more in it, but it is still on stock suspension and a 10 bolt, I really wouldn't be able to launch it the way it NEEDS to be launched, So my goal was an 11.99 for Sunday.

I was able to meet my goal on the first pass launching off idle on DR's :metal:
Here's the slips in order (the first 3 were on MT DR's, the last 2 on ET Drags):

I was expecting the car to pick up 2 or 3 MPH from the DH event, but I damn sure wasn't expecting to trap 121 or 122 with a mild H/C LT1.

The only changes I made since DH10 and running the 12.3 @ 116 were:
Swapping the 3.42s to 4.10s, replacing the inconsistent, slipping stock replacement clutch with a Mcloud disk / LT4 pressure plate combo, and added a 3" exhaust cutout.

So all In all, I'm VERY pleased with the cars performance. My next goal will be to hit an 11.3x N/A once I do the suspension and put a stout rear in it. All while staying full weight (besides the swap to big and littles). I even left the baby seat in it for this event:jest:

Very impressive! The 60' shows lots of room for improvement once you get a stronger rear under it, congrats!:claps:

Thanks everyone! Yeah, Stephs really happy with the times and especcially the trap!

It was cool to be able to do some back to back testing on slicks and DRs. Most will notice that the trap speed dropped about 3MPH on the last runs. The car didnt like the ET drags with only 9 psi in them. The staging lane lines were way past the air compressor, so I wasn't going to wait an hour or two in the street tire lane just to get air. So I tried them at 9psi. and they were just to low for the amount of power and soft launch.

I just made a build thread with some more details about the car and the build over the past couple years:
